She is the owner and director of Heritage of Love Academy, founder of Tarrant County Professional Childcare Association, and has served as a keynote and trainer for various EC organizations including Head Start, Workforce Solutions and DFW Childcare Licensing Pathways to Excellence.  Natasha is an Early Childhood Advocate serving as President of Texas Early Childhood Educational Consultants Network and Advisory Board Member at Texas Woman’s University.

Dr. Ronilda “Nildz” Henson is an educator (Early childhood to Graduate school), independent consultant/coach and trainer, and advocate for young children’s literacy and emotional development. Her specializations are child development, inclusion, education, and psychology. Ronilda is a Texas State Board certified for SPED EC- 12 and ESL. She is a master trainer for the TECPDS, Infant and Toddler External Specialist Trainer, and Technical Consultant for Texas Healthy Building Blocks. She has worked in private and public schools for 26 years both in the US and abroad. Moreover, she has been invited to present and train teachers/administrators in several early childhood seminars and conferences in local, state, national, and international forums. Ronilda served as Board of Director for TXAEYC, Infant and Family Nutrition Agency, and World Council for Curriculum and Instruction.

Shela Mobarak Wannemacher’s career has spanned 3 decades in early learning as an Assistant Teacher, Coordinator, Executive Director, Human Resource Director, and ECE Director at NAEYC-accredited and TRS 4-star program.  In 2017, she formed a nonprofit, Be the Seed of Change, to work with programs and to advocate for quality in the ECE field.  The mission is to fill the gap in early childhood education programs that want to increase quality through program needs assessments, professional development, mentoring/coaching, accreditation, and other projects as needed.  She is currently a student working on her Ph.D. in Early Childhood Leadership and Advocacy.
